I hate Wednesdays

But not as much as Thursdays, they seem to drag.  I even left work early today to take the kid to get his last minute shots for school.  Apparently the school will not allow them to enter class next week unless they have them and I didn't have a clue, awesome parent award.

Tonight I will be working on an embroidery piece of Totoro, probably my most favorite character in the entire world.  Here are some photos of some other Totoro items I have created or am in the process of making currently.

Wooden Coin bank that is currently in progress.  I'm not happy with the short stumpy arms so I will be getting around to fixing them, finish up the leaves, and then a coat of something to try and bring out the grain in the wood.

  1. I just need to tell you how much I adore the Totoro needle-felted pin cushion I bought from your Etsy store! Your crochet Totoro is the cutest one I have seen--did you make up the pattern yourself?
